Our approach is unique in that we believe our role is only one piece of the recipe for a happier you. We work closely with you and your medical team- with your permission- because we know your overall mental health isn’t just linked to a psychological diagnosis. Research reflects that chronic pain and debilitating injuries impact how we perceive information. Also, physiological changes influences within impacts our external presentation. Therefore, we encourage every client to simultaneously have their symptoms vetted by way of their medical team. We believe ignoring physical issues can hold you back from the mental clarity and understanding of self needed to fully appreciate self-awareness. Our role is to empower you with the skills you need to identify and build healthy, sustainable relationships – with yourself and the people in your life as you move forward through your life. My therapy sessions with Tamara always help me be more reflective of whatever issues I am dealing with in my life and help me move forward. I have been attending sessions on and off and since moving overseas I continue to seek out
sessions with her when I seem to hit a major bump in the road that I can't to get around. She is aware of my history and helps puts things into perspective when I seem to forget and no matter how I felt when I entered her office, I always
