Emotional Support Letters Verifies the need for the use of a support animal while engaged in airline travel. Check with each airline to inquire about requirements for your animal. Or to request the waiver of the fees around the use of your animal for support within your residential setting. Check with your property management or student services office for their unique criteria.
Accommodations for Work, College, Standardize Testing If your disability or diagnosed ailment prevents your full engagement or impedes your ability to compete on a level playing field, you may qualify for accommodations to support your success. Please contact your university, testing entity, or HR Dept to inquire about their unique requirements or form letters.
Short Term Disability Should your diagnosed ailment temporarily rises to the level of severity that such impedes your ability to engage your work, based on your workplace responsibilities- first speak to your HR Dept, then after speaking with your clinician via Ince Counseling, have the appropriate forms faxed to our office at 1.888.551.5262. Short Term Disability can assist in ensuring that you receive a percentage of your pay while convalescing physically or mentally from the impactful event. Oversight of your leave by Ince Counseling requires that you attend sessions, at the very least (in-person or virtually) on a bi-weekly basis, until your return to work.
Family and Medical Leave Act Should you need time form work to acclimate and heal from a traumatic life event, contact your HR Department to inquire. After speaking with your clinician at Ince Counseling, have the appropriate forms faxed to us at 1.888.551.5262. This type of leave provides job protection as you heal or help others, and normally taps into your sick or vacation leave. You may have to apply for Short Term Disability in conjunction to financially support your leave. If you don't have sufficient time to qualify for FMLA, speak with your HR Dept about their willingness to address your unique needs via accommodations.
